-Mutton kaleji (Liver) 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Nurpur butter 3 tbs (40g)

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2-3 medium
-Lal mirch (Purple chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Purple chilli powder) ½ tsp or to style
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to style
-Hari mirch (Inexperienced chillies) sliced 4-5
-Hara dhania (Contemporary coriander) chopped
-Nurpur butter
Instructions:
-In a bowl,add mutton liver,ginger garlic paste & combine properly,cowl & let it relaxation for 10 minutes,wash correctly & put aside.
-On a heated griddle,add cooking oil,butter & let it soften.
-Add onion & combine properly.
-Add ginger garlic paste,combine properly & sauté till translucent.
-Add mutton liver,combine properly & prepare dinner on medium flame till it adjustments coloration (2-3 minutes).
-Place tomatoes,cowl & prepare dinner on low flame till tomatoes are smooth (4-5 minutes).
-Take away tomato pores and skin & mash them with the assistance of spoon & combine altogether.

-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan combine karein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan combine karein translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Mutton kaleji dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur darmiyani ancch per coloration change ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Tamatar dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
