Smoky Stuffed Candy Potatoes: Coming Quickly!
Grilled Mediterranean Pita Pizzas
3 entire wheat pitas
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup hummus
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup child spinach, chopped
¼ cup crimson onion, finely slice
¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Brush one facet of the pita with olive oil and flip it over.
Unfold every pita with hummus and high with spinach, tomatoes, crimson onion, olives and feta cheese.
Place every pita on the grill and shut the lid. Grill for 2-3 minutes or till they’re heated via.
