Turmeric powder- ½ spoon Kashmiri pink chili powder – ½ spoon
For Roasted Masala:
cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Fennel seeds – 1 spoon
Black pepper – 15-20
Dry pink chili – 3-4
For Tomato puree :
Tomato – 1
Coriander leaves – 1 Cup
Principal Tempering:
oil – 3-4 Spoons
onion – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon
salt – 1 spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Kashmiri pink chili powder -1/2 spoon
coriander powder – 1 spoon cumin powder- 1 spoon
coriander leaves for garnishing
